It may have been raining the day of Christina and Tim’s wedding, but their day was perfect. The ceremony and reception was held at the Altamont Manor a beautifully restored Victorian home.
I met Christina and her bride’s maids first as she finished getting ready for the day. Before getting into her dress – I of course had to steal it away for a few detail shots
Christina and Tim really wanted to enjoy their cocktail hour. They decided to do a first glance and meet before the ceremony. No kisses were exchanged, but it was very clear how happy they both were.
Due to the weather, the decision had been made to have the ceremony on the porch of the house. Luckily for this couple, the rain let up and a last minute choice of moving it down into the garden was made. Christina made a beautiful grand entrance escorted by her brother.
The ceremony was heartfelt, and included elements unique to Christina and Tim. Readings by close friends, custom vows, songs and kazoos! A handful of formal pictures and it was time for the reception to start.
Smiles, dancing, love and laughter. The best way to describe this reception! Congratulations again Christina and Tim. It was my honor to capture your wedding day.
